Today I needed to go shopping for Cody. He needed a new coat, shoes and some church shirts and pants. I only had $40 cash, and I really couldn't go over that this month. (his work shorted him a weekend pay, but it will make for a nice next paycheck!)
I prayed before we left. I prayed that we would find all his needs at the thrift store, that he would find items he likes and that I could afford it.
Well, I bought him a nice coat and even found a matching stocking cap, a pair of shoes, a pair of corderouys, threechurch shirts, a t-shirt, a skirt for Hope-Anne, a pair of pajama bottoms for me, and a pair of Barney slippers for Samuel. Guess how much I spent?? Just under $30!!!! One stop, even!
God is good, He meets all our needs!
