Pastor Chad, you don't want to keep reading, trust me.
Ok, on with the review, lol.
Through the Family Review Network I was given the opportunity to try out an exercise program.
I know, I know, stop laughing. I don't like exercise and I avoid it like the plague. But then my scale took an upward turn that I am NOT happy about. So I decided to try it.
For me to be able to continue exercising, the routine has got to be more fun than it is painful. So I chose to review Flirty Girl DVDs. Flirty fun dancing, sounds great!
I used to dance.
I used to flirt, too.
I haven't done either in a really, really long time. Ahem.
I know the picture here is a little frightening, what with the pole and all. But I assure you that you can get that vision out of your head. I did not pole dance.
(Stop laughing, girls)
I am reviewing Chair Fit, Just Teasing, Chair Dance, Booty Beat. It included a sexy 6ft pink feather boa and their Flirty, Fit & Fabulous Meal Plan. Plus a cute key chain and a nice box to hold the DVD's in.
I tried out the Booty Beat first. It is a dance routine with many of the more popular dance moves on music videos. The moves are fun, and they are flirty, maybe even down right sexy if you are good at them.
I am not good at the moves yet, but the workout was incredibly fun! I nearly broke a sweat, so I took a break. However, the workout was so intense that I cried every time I sat down for two days because my legs hurt!
Wow! It really worked out my muscles without me noticing the pain like I did in the gym and work out classes I have taken. I wasn't even completely out of breathe like I get in classes.
Flirty Girl really gave me a great workout, but I had FUN, and learned some moves that will make my husband happy. Not too shabby, huh?
I draw the line at the pole dancing, I do want my husband to get a job, not stay home watching me exercise, but I bet those are fun videos, too. The pole is supposed to be very easy to install and easy to take down and set up.
Flirty Girl Fitness creators Krista and Kerry lead the work outs, which are for all women, regardless of size, fitness level or age. You can work at your own pace and step it up as you get used to it. Plus, if you are in Chicago or Toronto, you can take the classes in person.
I highly recommend this work out series if you have a hard time sticking to a workout because it isn't fun. I am looking forward to exercising now. Who knows, if I get good at these, I may just venture out into the crazy world of pole dancing. You know, when the kids are not home. (the boys would be so traumatized to even hear that!)

5 people think my kids are qtpies:
*thud*
Alrighty - I might have to borrow the booty beat - not the chair one or I'm with you - the pole one! But as I was waiting for your comments to come up on my slow computer...I was noticing on Christian Women Online they have Lose Weight Sitting Down! That is more my speed as well - I might have to check that out...
Hmmm. How long do you think it would be, though, until the men figured out they could just watch the videos instead of us, though. =)
Oh my goodness, it's hard for me to even think flirty more like FRIGHTING! My bootie blubber going one way and my hefty hips going in another. As for the pole the only thing that is good for is helping my poor pregnant self up off the floor when I get stranded, a 54lb kid can not help me up while laughing mom you weigh more then a ton (yeah just wait till I have this baby and can catch you!)
It does sound like fun once the baby gets here tho...
Hey, a new adventure for Ladies Night Out!! I gotta try it...I bet Terry would love it! :)
