Chinese food is so yummy! I am not so good at making it, though. So I was thrilled to get to try Wanchai Ferry recently. I went to Target and found the Wanchai Ferry and bought the Orange Chicken. I was making a huge cake that day and had my friend Jeannie over helping me, so she got to sample it with us. Jeannie and her family eat chinese after church almost every week if her husband has his way. She agreed that it was delicious and as good as eating out! (though our chinese place in town doesn't have orange chicken)
I was a little disappointed at first that the rice portion was so small, when it is supposed to feed 2 people, but really, all of us were satisfied after eating our portion of it. I made two bags to feed 4 people, and it was accurate. Now you couldn't stuff your face, but it is adequate.
We were so pleased with the flavor, in fact, that I have purchased the Orange Chicken again and also bought the Spicy Garlic Chicken to try this week.

Pick me Pick me...I would try the Sweet and Sour Chicken...even though Dan wouldn't eat it!
Hmmm...the orange chicken was definitely YUMMY, but I do like sweet and sour a lot too...so Jody, if you win, I'll come over and eat it with you when Dan's not home! ;-) I guess it would be a toss-up for me...but I'd like a chance to win. But I'm thinking I'd make a little more rice on the side, to go with it, just to make it stretch a little farther. I'm pretty sure Ray could eat a whole bag himself, without blinking an eye.
Sweet and spicy shrimp sound yummy too me, I have always wonder how those tasted, maybe I will win and I can find out.

We'd probably go for the sweet and sour chicken. Most of us love Chinese food! We'd probably have to draw straws over who got to have this one. :-)

I think I'd pick the Orange Chicken. The Sweet and Sour Chicken sounds delicious too! Not a shrimp fan though so wouldn't try those varieties.
