Our 7 Qtpies

January 30, 2008

Is it really Wordless Wednesday time??

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I have been so busy with the crazy giveaways that I lost track of the days! However, do I have a funny to show!

Hold on while I find and download my camera. Be right back!
OK, back, and it was worth the wait, I assure you.
It is SOOO cold here in MN that we get used to it. And by that I mean, when it is -40degree we are freezing, but then -5 feels warm. So, let me show you how used to it we get:

I told Devon to take out the trash and recycling and he started grumping at me and didn't hear the recycling part, so I drug his lazy butt out of bed to take it out. So, to "show me" he went out in his undies. And, yes, we DO live in town.

Want to win some prizes? Here are the giveaways I am holding today:
A bloggy makeover from RS Designs.
A Groovy interlocking plate from Boon.
A set of Non-toxic teethers from The Soft Landing.
A pair of silver earrings.

You are talking about Farenheit? Yikes that's cold for a Londoner where the coldest it ever gets is about -5C (20 something F. You are made of far sterner stuff in Minnesota! Happy WW

I remember going outside barefoot a couple times to throw something away or whatever. I would also go sledding or play in the snow until I was absolutely frozen. (I grew up in Minnesota.)

Kids are not always the brightest of creatures...

That is so funny. Sounds like a boy has to show off. I could never have even stepped foot outside in that kind of weather. I have lived in Iowas for three years now and I am still adjusting to the winters here. I guess I would be homebound if I lived there.
