Yep, that is us. The Car Killers.
We just put another $400 into car repairs. We got the Geo Metro running. Donnie started driving it to work instead of the Escort, which has more seating for us.
Drew got into our youth pastor's vehicle and it died.
Then the check engine light came on in the Geo yesterday.
This is getting so frustrating! We need 3 vehicles tomorrow. Drew has to go to one town about 30+ minutes West of us. Donnie is going 50 miles South East of us, and Kaytlin needs to be 30 minutes South of us. Fun, huh? And someone has to take the Geo and hope nothing happens. Because we don't have a choice to get it fixed before then. No time and no money until Friday.
I think if we can manage it Drew will drive Kaytlin to her orthodontist and they will run to Drew's Recruiter after that and hope to get there on time. Or, I may have to drive Donnie to work in the morning, an hour each way, and then Kaytlin can go pick him up after her appointment, though she will have to hang out for a couple of hours.
