Several years ago, when we only had 5 kids, we all went to Atlanta, Georgia for two weeks. Donnie was there on a business trip and had a suite, so the kids and I drove there and stayed with him. We had a blast hanging out at the hotel, swimming in the pool, eating the fantastic breakfasts that were cooked for us each day. Yes, cooked, not just donuts in bins! We had omelets prepared to our specifications each day. It was amazing! Our favorite highlights for sight seeing were going to the Underground and also the the Coca-Cola Museum and trying out 60 different sodas. Not a good thing to do on your way out of town with little kids. That causes way too many potty stops. But it was a great memory for everyone.
Next time we would like to do some sightseeing tours.
One of the tours that I think would be fun is the Atlanta Trolley Tour that lets you on and off all day for sight seeing and shopping, plus gives a historical tour.
I am sure the kids would rather do the Wild Adventures Theme Park, that is more their cup of tea. Well, we all love that.
