Last night we got the computer desk and computer moved upstairs. No easy task with all the tons of paperwork and review books and products and paperwork associated with that.
So, here I am sitting at the desk trying to write reviews and I find myself further and further away from my desk. Every time I try to scoot in under the desk, I roll backwards.
I set the desk on the wrong side of the room, because it slants the other way, lol. Not great for being able to stay at the desk with my rolling desk chair, but nice that
This morning I was sitting here working and Sam was standing in the chair
What on earth was that!?!
Sam had gotten hold of the pin cushion and thought it would be fun poke me with a pin. He didn't even warn me first, much less ask me if I wanted to play that game.
I took the pin away and very gently poked the top of his hand so he could see how they hurt so that he won't do that again. I don't want him poking Trinity or the pets. He didn't like that poke, and it did the trick. He felt bad about stabbing me and hugged me and told me he loves me!
4 people think my kids are qtpies:
A new room sounds like fun. Trying to get organized and then staying that was is another thing. btw I taught my daughter about pins that was too....they sure learn quickly lol
Wow!!!!!
Ouch!
That is cute that he felt bad and said he loves you~ so sweet.
Oops, somehow I missed this post. That's why I wasn't sure where you put your 'puters. I thought it was funny though about you rolling away from your desk. This house is very much the same way. My computer room seems okay, but walking through the rest of the house is kinda like a tipsy fun-house. I finally got my entertainment center situated so that the drawer that's full of DVD's doesn't open itself up, and most of the furniture upstairs needs shims under it so it sits even somewhat level.
