Fiber One giveaway


Getting enough fiber in my diet is a challenge, and it is needed desperately. (won't go into that, TMI) Two people in my house have to have added fiber just to make life a little less painful.
I love that Fiber One has now added yogurt to their products! Yogurt is yummy and easy to eat and not so fattening as other things I might try. I am not a fruit eater, so yogurt with added fruit also helps me there.
Fiber One has a great game you can play at their Fiber Face Off site. You make your own avatar and compete against their weekly opponent to make the right fiber choices. I lost. No surprise there.

Health related. I don't drink or smoke or hang out with the wrong crowds...
dang being PG I dont do anything thats not mostly healthy at this point....

We always try and keep fresh fruit washed and ready for eating. Right now we have strawberries and red grapes in the fridge as well as apples and bananas. It makes grabbing a healthy snack a whole lot easier, so we are less likely to reach for other, perhaps less-healthy snack options. We also tend to stock whole grain crackers in place of chips, and seltzer water in lieu of soda.

I've discovered over the years that getting enough fiber in my diet helps a great deal as far as weight loss is concerned.

I do try to get as much in as possible every day. I either have Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal, or an omelet made with a high (14g)fiber tortilla inside, for breakfast every day...except today I happend to be out of cereal and tortillas. I haven't tried the yogurt, but I LOVE their cereal and breakfast bars...yummy!

I love Fiber One bars. Absolutely delicious! And don't taste like you are eating something healthy! :) As for something health related...join Weight Watchers. I have had great success with Weight Watchers with 33.4 pounds lost since Jan. 5th!

Healthy what is that really. I do try and not eat more then one candy bar a day. LOL.

Ok seriously I love the fiber one stuff and I am going to be watching what I eat. 20 year class reunion coming up I can not be fat for. This would be a great thing to keep me on the right track.

right now my goal is to eat at least one fruit or vegetable a day. once i've got that down then i'll work up to getting enough.

I had a baby 5 months ago and I desperately need to start eating more healthy especially since I breastfeed. Fiber is just one of the things I am lacking.

we try to have fresh fruit on hand for snacks and meals. I like the Fiber One granola bars a lot!

I have been trying to get the kids and I to more fruits and veggies. So i cut up the veggies and make them look pretty. Wash the fruit and have it in the fridge so it's the first thing they see. Try to walk every other day.

I try to get some walking in every day-- having a little dog that likes to accompany me helps! (except when he keeps stopping to sniff everything in sight!)

I have been trying to cut out sweets and coke and eat more healthy and drink water. I have been walking more instead of sitting. Trying to be more healthy.
